NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change.
However, due to the nature of our services, we require advance notice for any
cancellations or rescheduling.
If you fail to show up for any scheduled appointment without rescheduling or cancelling ,
a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee helps us cover the costs
of reserving time for your appointment and ensures that we can continue to offer timely
and professional service to all clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that scheduling changes can sometimes be unavoidable. To ensure
fairness for both our clients and staff, we have established the following cancellation
policy:
Cancellation with more than 12 hours notice: No cancellation fee will be applied.
You may reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
Cancellation within 12 hours of booking: A cancellation fee of $100+ will be
charged.
GIFT CARD POLICY
No expiration date.
